What HandMen does — and does not do.
HandMen provides online marketing, receives and initially classifies customer requests, and looks for a potentially suitable independent provider. HandMen performs no on-site work.
Before sharing a request, HandMen names the proposed provider and obtains the client’s consent. A public partner list is not required.
The provider assesses the task, quotes, contracts and invoices directly, and is solely responsible for performance, warranty and liability. For regulated work, HandMen refers only providers that submit evidence of the required authorisation. HandMen may receive a marketing or referral fee from the provider.
